How is free will, free indeed, when there is a reward for one choice and a punishment for the other choice?

Like, hey guys, I give you the freedom of choice between a and b: if you choose a, I'll reward you eternally, but if you choose b, I'll punish you for ever in an everlasting fire. Souldn't free will be unconditional?
