Is it easier to go and settle in usa thru marriage?

I've a girl friend in usa, how can she take me there, if we want to get married? Im 21yr man, she's almost 20. How should we procced our life long ambition? How long it 'll take if we marry in bangladesh. How much time i've to wait to get usa legality? Plz elaborate.
