Who is a better Bowler Shane Bond or Waqar Younis?

I think this is an unfair comparison as Waqar Younis had a long and illustrious career which lasted for nearly two decades whereas Bond has only played 18 test matches in 8 years and on top of that he is 34 years old and probably has only 3 or 4 years of cricket left in him. However when fit his bowling is something special and if he had started playing cricket earlier and avoided the injuries that have plagued his career than his record might have been better or equal to Waqar's.
