ok i plan to eat one oatmeal granola bar with a gl of water and a piece of fruit. Around 10 I'm going to eat one of those nutrigrain breakfast bars. lunch a plain salad with low fat italian. around 3 a regular granola bar. then for dinner the meat will vary but ALWAYS half a plate full of veggies. i work out 1 hour a day, starting with cardio, then weights (only 3 times a week), then abs. combined with nothing but water to drink. if i weigh 194, is it possible to get down to 130 by june? Do you see any flaws in my regimen?
