Please Help Me!! Got Followed Home!!?

Hey Im 15 years old in the Hull area and everyday I walk home from school thats quite far from where I live without any trouble (even though there is a high school right next to where I live) so anyways, the other day, a group of kids kept shouting at me to turn round so I just kept walking/ignoring till I got home then they ran away. Im REALLY scared of walking home now and I really need some advice??...... thanks
