Upper jaw surgery, it is possible to push the upper jaw backward?

Hi I have few question about upper jaw. I am 18 years old female. My upper jaw is too far forward and so is my lower jaw, but not my chin. My facial appearance is too skinny and bonny. I always carry an unhappy expression. People mistakenly take my expression as angry while i stays calm. On the other hand I can't smile also because when i smile too much teeth and gum exposure embarred me. I always observe other people's mouth and frequently feel sad of low self-esteem my problem is, my jaws are horizontally to big, i did lots of research and I know that you can push back your lower jaw and move the upper jaw forward , but I didn’t find any information about if you can push you upper jaw backward. If you have any information, please give it to me. I really want to know thank you
