Making E-2 before OSUT?

I'm joining the GA Army National Guard. I go to MEPS next week. How can I make E-2 before Infantry OSUT. I know the NATO Phonetic Alphabet, my General Orders, Rank Structure and The Army Core Values. I can also p the APFT.
