Are the diagnosis codes in my lab bill my actual test results?

It is typical for the bill to include the diagnoses code for a test. Sometime this test may be done for a generic reason. This is done, basically, for insurance reasons. Ins. companies want to know why a test is being ordered. I would doubt that any of the numbers you are seeing are test results. That's your doctors responsibility to discuss with you. Hope this helps
