That's from the soundtrack to the recent Pride and Prejudice movie. It's a piece by the modern composer Dario Marianelli based on a piece by the Baroque composer Henry Purcell. Marianelli's version is still under copyright, so you can't get it for free; in fact, I can't even find it in collections of sheet music for the soundtrack for sale.
