Bedding can be newspaper, paper towels, or some of the specialized pet bedding (avoid cedar shavings). Towels are a bad idea, because the iguana's claws can catch in the loops, and either break toes or tear off the nails. The diet sounds good, but you can add dark leafy greens to it (not much spinach or broccoli). I recommend checking out www.amazon.com for a book on iguanas. You can pick one up real cheap, usually for a couple of bucks, and they can provide cited research and top notch care recommendations.
