How much "Backbone" does it take to Have your Corp.pay no taxes when CEO as Immelt was with GE?

Really, all proper sentence structure and so forth aside, why is it okay for GE not to Pay any Taxes and all other Corporations have to pay? There is no excuse big enough for this blatant favoritism shown to The Chief Financial Ad visor to President Obama. It is my opinion this is Crony Capitalism of the Revolving Door Between Washington and Porporations (Intentional Misspelling here) at it's Finest.
