How do I deal with a controlling stepmother and a father who doesn't think I can have my own ideas?

I am 17 years old and just moved with my Dad last summer to try it. My parents have been divorced since I was 2. It has been a constant battle especially since I turned 12. Well anyway things were okay for the first couple months but lately my stepmom and father are getting under my skin. I am moving back with my mom this summer and need to deal with them in the mean time. Any advice would be helpful.
