If someone uses pot, mushrooms or peyote as a religious sacrament, do you have the right to arrest them?

There's no reason to think these drugs can't be used as a sacrament, like the wine of the christians churches. Rastafarians smoke weed as a sacrament, members f the Native American church use peyote (psychoactive cactus) and mushrooms are the oldest sacrament ever used.
